    During my little expedition into the realm of messed up worlds, I used NBTExplorer to fiddle with my player data, it's completely mod-friendly, so it should let you take any seed and edit it into a 10/10/10 seed. I haven't tried myself so I don't know the exact process on editing it.

    Why not just keep the boiler continuously supplied by having the pump(s) tapped into the power supply and not turning off the engines?
