Have you used a crescent wrench to right click the liquiduct connection at the steam boiler? The liquiducts won't transfer much steam unless you right click with a crescent wrench (where the liquiduct attaches to the steam boiler), and then apply a redstone signal to get the liquiducts pumping...

I have steam turbines in my FTB Ultimate world, you need to feed it two liquiducts of steam (in redstone extraction mode at the boiler) to reach 100%. A 36HP boiler will feed two steam turbines at 100% efficiency with steam to spare, so you should have no problem when using multiple liquiducts...

The ATLauncher is alright, I played the Sky Factory map full time for a month or two and enjoyed it. The reason why I don't use it anymore is because it only has the Sky Factory and CrackPack modpacks, and that's it as far as interesting modpacks go. The rest are pretty random.

Biofuel factories are by far my favourite projects in Feed The Beast Ultimate, and after a few sad iterations over numerous maps I reckon I've finally made the ultimate version. It's still a WIP with room for improvement but it may as well be finished.

I don't know, probably because most people are rocking quad cores with crossfire, and laptops gain a reputation of being subpar.
