Sorry about that, there was a critical security issue affecting all Linux and Mac computers. When I updated the server to patch it it didn't restart Apache properly. Fixed now.

TickThreading has always been broken to some degree, it was certainly never ready for 1.6.4 and never will be.

Try using TickProfiler. TickThreading was an absolute mess but TickProfiler is just the monitoring code taken out of it and it works great.
