    you can try launching the server with this please note that the command needs to be on a single line, it is spaced out so I can read it. also make sure you set your server jar name correctly I dont mean to state anything you man already know but these are problems I have had with people before...

    it looks like your world was corrupted. something in your world is causing an out of bounds error. I suspect you have a machine that had its output overfilled, perhaps by something related to the macerator bug you might be able to "fix" it by removing the offending machine using mcedit, please...

    Could you post the text of the error? And make sure all the commands are on the same line. Ex. java /command options here/ pause If that don't fix it we may need to make sure have is on the system path

    you can add the command "pause" on a newline after the java stuff. this will keep the window open

    can you do two things run in a terminal java -version you may also want to look at http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/server-lag.2501/ are you running the client and server on the same machine?
