Did you by so chance you Extra Bees you change your bees? There was a change that if you use poor serum on bees they have a chance to just die off in the middle of working.

Another good source of power is a Red Power Water Mill setup. I don't remember how to set it up fully but you can find some setups on Youtube if you feel like it.

I think Red Power Pumps put liquids in the world. But I don't think other liquids work nice with them at the moment. Maybe when the API is done it will work.

Use a Quarry or a Steve's Mining Cart. They break the hives and drop bees into what ever they are hooked up too. I got Rockys for days using those two items. Hope this helped.

OT but its steal... Anyway, a research based tech mod sounds like an idea. Maybe like villages that are at different level of tech that you can trade with to get blue prints. They have machines around the villages showing what level they are. (machines can't be broken though to remove the cheaty...
