How about mushroom power? Using MFR, you can use sewer tower and composter to make ind.fertilizer(and they can be crafted to forestry fertilizer, yeah!) And use harvester, planter, fertilizer to harvest red/brown mushrooms. And make them into biofuel(bio reactor)

Nothing is lag free. Extruder is most lag-not-so-intensive method unless done in mega scale(like 16k filling in whole chunk)

That would be 16064 extruders(excluding 5 layer of bedrock, 16X16X251). Hope your server(or computer) would survive and not melt for over 16k tile entity with lighting update.(plus router pulling that out.)

Sadly, in latest IC, water mill does not accept items through pipe, turtle or routers anymore. I guess auto water mil is gone. But turtle with inventory module can do it. But it takes 4 diamond to make 1 Module, so...
