Is there any mod out there that allows you to "export" energy from an ME system? (ae -> RF conversion)

Yeah, I think your only option is to punch that obsidian above your head for ~8mins untill it breaks and you're put out of your misery. I don't think you can even starve to death. Maybe trying to move towards the edge of the platform is easier than trying to break it? Unless you can get help, I...

Try placing down blocks that you can walk on. IIRC, as long as there's at least one block between you and the node, you can sprint away from it. Other wise, if you don't want to break it, I'd say you're out of options. And as a tip for the next time, bring a staff of travelling. It's so helpful...

Yeah, I just checked. My mistake. I was thinking about OreDict entries. Sorry for the confusion :/

MystCraft has an Intra-linking modifier that you can put on link panels to make link books work in the same dimension.

NEI Integration. There's a button at the bottom left on your inventory to config NEI. Look around for NEI Integration configs and you'll find it. If you don't want to install a new mod just for that, activate the Advanced inventory mode by pressing F3 + H during game. This also displays other...

CoFH Core adds death messages for names entities. E.g.: if you use a name tag on a pig to name it Stinky, when you kill it the server will transmit "Stinky was slain by <player> using <weapon>". The same happens if the pig would die of "natural causes" such as falling off a cliff. Since...

The death messages themselves are added by CoFH core, and can be disabled in the configs by changing B:EnableGenericDeathMessage to false. The named mobs themselves are being generated by Thaumcraft.

You seem to think that the diamond inventories themselves are player-bound, when all it does is create a new set of 4096 frequencies. Anyone can access any inventory once it's bound to a frequency within *any* spectrum, independently of who bound it in the first place. The only thing that is...

Actually that's not really how it works. Each "spectrum" has 4096 frequencies, when you make an Ender chest, it'll be part of the public spectrum by default. As soon as you apply a diamond to the chest, you create a new spectrum named <your username> with an entirely new 4096 frequencies. While...

From what I understand, just like vanilla forestry bees can only produce a few special products, vanilla Mariculture fish only produce certain things such as ender pearls (and I don't quite remember what else), but not nearly as useful as bees. The only one that comes to mind is Lycanite's. I...

Yeah, CPU is THE most important thing. And the game doesn't make much good use out of multicore unfortunately :/

DW20 has been known for performance issues. I really recommend you build your own pack so that you can have the mods you want while testing carefully what your computer can handle. As for straightforward ways of increasing performance, what comes to mind are fastcraft - make sure to always use...

Looks like JourneyMap. You should see a configs button once you open the map menu by pressing... "J", I think? If you just want to delete the markers you already have, there's a button for map markers as well. I'm not very familiar with JourneyMap, I generally use Mapwriter

SImply put? Balance. While it's a fiddly word, it's generally agreed that these two mods throw off the balance in many other popular/big/more intricate mods. Mods like Fluxed Crystals and Minechem are rough substitutes with a great deal more configurability. It should be fine as long as you...
