Does the Lamp of Growth work with Mana Pods? I placed a lamp of growth fueled with 64 Herba and I see no obvious effect...

Do you have any advice on how I can find a Magic Biome faster? I searched for hours and hours today and yesterday, and I didn't manage to find one... I need those mana beans.

How can I change the settings so that I won't see the speed effect symbol in the middle of the screen? I got the speed gene from Advanced Genetics, and now at all times I see the speed boost sign, and I want to remove it. But maybe its possible I can keep other symbols, from potions for example?

Well, the last time I died, I was "courageous", and jumped down in an unlit cave section, thinking there were only a few zombies and skeletons. And surprise, there were three or four creepers as well. Killed two, but not enough... one sneaked behind me, and that was it... I know, I made mistake...

The minimap icons are too confusing for me. Because they show all enemies, no matter the height, and when I am in a cave complex or a dungeon they are all on top of each other. Also, it feels like cheating :)

Runic armor, that does sound nice, thanks. But these armors really protect me from creeper explosion? Because the last time when I died there were about 3 creepers next to me... Would the armor protect me against that?

:) I had iron chestplate and leggings. But I was more focused on making a logistcs pipes sorting and crafting system in my home, instead of armor. Maybe I will try to go for modular powersuits... Although maybe Advanced genetics has an easier solution with the Ocelot genes? Witchery seems...

I don't know why, but a creeper explosion destroys it... It happened twice. Also, about proper armor, I used boots of the traveler to move faster, and googles of revealing to see aura nodes...
