I'm having trouble finding enough Lapis Lazuli in FTB Beyond and the Beyond Ore distribution chart isn't very helpful. I'm mining at lvl 13 mostly, and I find plenty of redstone and diamonds. Do I need to go higher for more lapis?

Yes, that was it, a regular Oak Bookshelf worked. Even a slight variation, like Birch Bookshelf doesn't work.

How do you make the mending moss? I right click a bookshelf with a ball of moss while at level 11, and nothing happens. What am I missing?
