How much CPU minecraft uses? Open Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC). Click on more details. and find Javaw.exe under details. And look at CPU usage. Is cpu maxed at performance tab?

Yes with ex nihilio crucible. You need fauced and casting table. Both are crafted with brick instead of seared brick. You put fauced on crucible. Put Gold Ore into crucible. And put brick on casting table. Poor out gold to make ingot cast. Now do the same, but with grout. Also below crucible...

Witch crucible did you use? Ex Nihilo crucible is manly for creating lava, obsidian, grout... Crucible from flaxbeard. You need Mold and Ingot molt next to crucible. When mold is closed you poured it into ingot by right-clicking on crucible

I am out of ideas. I can only guess. Try reinstalling minecraft. Can your RIG handle other large packs like Ressurection or DireWolf20?

With fastcraft it rarely drops below 60. Does that happen at new world?

Your FPS is verry low. Does your computer run background CPU-intensive process? I realy suggest you put 4GB of ram. Also if your RIG is old, i suggest try OptiFine.
