You can use the dynamos, just use conduit to connect the dynamos to the quarry. The conduits (any of the 4 flavors) automagically convert RF (from the dynamos) into MJ for the quarry.

Both the mod and video look wonderful. I too like the mutipart/microblock stuff especially the ability to have multiple buses in the same block. The panels will also make it much easier to hide in the less industrial areas as well, no more need to have a tech hideyhole in my mage tower.
