I get about 20-120 fps on vanilla but with FTB runnign i get only 3-15. I Have a gaming graphics card so idk what else the problem could be. It could also be because of all of the items and stuff added in the Mod, then it would have to load up all of the Items, Biomes, Ect.

I Found the launcher, but now, I have to redownload the modpack and updates every time I open it?!

When I go on my computer I go through my files and everything but I can't seem to find the mindcrack launcher (I think that's what it's called) so how do I get on to my mindcrack/FTB game?!?!
