    Please try to set the render distance lower in the client settings than in the server settings.

    Try to set your render distance lower than the server's one. Somtimes this can cause crashes.

    I think ads and things like the Curse Author Reward Program are okay, but really paid mods aren't even allowed (see minecraft's EULA)
