When you go onto the launcher, there should be an option right under the "news" tab named "filter settings". Filter the mod pack type by server and then search packs, you should be able to find and download the server by doing that.

The "FTB pack" is just a beta pack used in testing the launcher out and everything, it won't be updated and is being discontinued. However, a "Ultimate Pack" is being released to replace that one and it will include many if not all of the mods in the beta (I think.) I don't believe a release...
