crafting turtle might be a way around the damage value issue uyour getting with the autocrafting table. Might take a bit of finesse to make it work.

indirectly. you can use the magma crucible to convert mj to lava (melt netherrack for 8kmj, cobblestone for 20kmj) and then burn the lava in generators for eu. Thats all i can think of off the top of my head. I don't think theres any direct conversion methods
