    Industrial TNT without IC

I would prefer something a bit more controlled then that, and I thought about adding IC2 but I'm kinda meh about it. I feel that I would be too tempted to abuse stuff in it, such as UUM, and not use anything else in the mod other then the TNT sticks. And I don't like adding mods that have a lot...

    Industrial TNT without IC

Is there a mod that adds a feature similar to IC2's Industrial TNT, preferably without adding a lot of other stuff? I know that Reliquary has the destruction catalyst, which consumes gunpowder to make a full-drop explosion, which sounds great but I'm wondering if there's something that has less...

Actually, assuming that he is producing 700,000,000 millibuckets, it ends up being 14,000,000 m^3/s. Which is many times more than that. To give an idea of the scale, this would fill the entire Atlantic Ocean (323,600,000,000 m^3) in a little less then fourty minutes.

I did say "I would try". :P Sucks it doesn't work, though... What's another way one would get looting V without other mods?

I would try combining looting books up to it. I would assume Rotarycraft uses the actual looting V enchant rather than adding something called that, so just combining vanilla books should work. Dunno if it'll give that just from straight enchanting, though.

Thank you very much for telling us of this. I now have a reason to both get into enchanting AND use the mob harvester.

Railcraft blast furnaces, Praecantatio, Jet Fuel, Compressing into glowstone... Not to mention it's also good for burning in furnaces and steam boilers, especially at the above-mentioned ridiculous amounts of spawning possible with RoC. And even better if you add bedrock sword kill mechanisms...

Also, Rotarycraft has a spawner controller, which allows you to not only spawn them without you having to be there but also allows you to speed up the spawning to completely ridiculous amounts.

Reika, would you mind sharing the breakage calculation for spring coils? Both steel and bedrock? Edit: in any case, ravynous, an industrial coil keeps its charge when broken even, i believe, if not broken by a player. I dont know if it will be able to output if placed and given redstone, but...

Thought of an elaboration for this mechanic: according to wikipedia, in real life vegetable oil is usually first hydrolized into its base acids, then selectively recombined into synthetic lubricant. Im not 100% sure what the actual process they use is, but it does seem like its not totally...

What about efficiency enchants reduce lube consumption? EDIT: or, what about adding another form of "upgraded" lube, which requires some form of additional input but is consumed at a significantly slower rate?

Did not think of this, but even so, dew point aggregator i believe only requires HSLA. I do wonder if it nets positive with a steam engine in a normal biome, though?

I wasnt actually the one who posted that, just saying what i knew. And yeah, it does sound like an oversight on Reika's part. Edit: Also, found a good use for nickel beyond just batteries: use it as a gunpowder alternative for HSLA, which provides additional bonuses but is consumed faster. On...

Forgot a really obvious use for lead: boolets. Edit: It can also be used as wire sheathing, to prevent water from getting to insulation. Perhaps replacing some of the wool in the insulated wire recipe? As an alternative recipe, probably. Also, it would probably make a great flywheel.

Bottom is energy input. Sandstone pipes are for fluid pipes, not lube hoses. Edit: So, ive been holding out on saying this for awhile so that hopefully electricraft would be fleshed out a bit more and because ive actually only played with electricraft once, but ive come up with some ideas that...

@Pyure and others about the BR comment Reika made. Note that the 124 rf/t is with the new value. There is more to his reasoning than BR being OP, if you look at the vanilla TE recipes and power generation and compare it to RoC with current conversion TE is kinda ridiculous. As for the BR thing...

It would still be nice to have a config for old values, for those of us who dont play with BR and prefer converting shaft to RF for RF the hard way. ... and maybe a half way between the two option as well.

27 steel is about 18 iron when you factor in the 50% bonus, though this count leaves out a fair bit of other necessary resources. (Most notably those grinders...)
