welll sorry for necroing but i have done the opposite of OP i have added mods to the ultimate at then the serverstart.bat crashes (but it works in single player for some resaon????? idk why)
the mods i have added are:
multi-mine
forestry IC2 crops
pet bat
custom mob spawner
mo creatures...
