    I looked in the configs and mods folders of direwolf20 in v5.2.0, and I saw bibliocraft was there.

    people are able to distribute it, if people weren't allowed to they wouldn't be able to distribute incomplete texture packs for FTB

    I at least know that soaryn is going to do it, or at least he implied it when he said in the change log on the xycraft wiki he was going to wait until 1.5 to re-texture some stuff
