Interesting, chunk boundaries causing liquiducts to disconnect. Also makes sense. I long for the day in which we will be free of chunk boundary issues, the day in which Jeb or Lexy will force blocks on chunk boundaries to consider unloaded blocks in adjacent chunks.

(Well, ignoring the fact that this should probably be a new thread.) Looks like you managed to screw up your configs. Try re-installing the pack (while backing up your worlds and your possibly modified Gregtech config if you don't like the default config, of course.)

Apply a Redstone signal. (And make sure you have all your heat-disappating stuff first, I'm not responsible if my advice exchanges your base with a crater.)

First: Along the bottom, about 1/4 of the way from the left. Second: Clever, but I found it about in the middle of the bottom left quarter.

Music note, make sure your volume's on, make sure music and sound are enabled in options. That's all I know. Since 1.3, I've had a slight issue where sound doesn't work period shortly after installing MC, playing around a bit on a world and/or with the sound options usually fixes it.
