    Direwolf20 1.7.10 released

Anyone find any iridium yet? Is it still in loot chests? I see DW has one in his chests in his Lets Play, but I haven't found one yet. Edit: plus almost done with a 128x128 enderquarry, in case it is still an ore.

Pretty much, plus a bow. You want to keep killing other mobs so that you have a greater chance of getting Endermen in mob turnover.

MFR spawner (but you need a mob farm and ender pearls for that). Ender Lillies, though they are quite slow. The Ender sword, gives more pearls per Endermen kill I believe. Looting on your sword. Early on, I hunt Endermen on plains / deserts, and try and make 2 block high overhangs to stand...

    Automating oreberries?

Try a chest or other inventory attached directly to the back of the actuator, then pipes the berries out of that.

Same thing here. Keybind issue maybe? dunno.

    Ender Quarry Pump Upgrade

Do you have an inventory attached to it? Power? etc. If you're powering via a tesseract, try turning off 'sending' items, and just put a chest on it. Also if you're using a tesseract, is the end providing the power chunk loaded? If you're not using a tesseract, I dunno. I've never had an issue...

    Ender Quarry Pump Upgrade

You don't 'have' to have the pump upgrade. Is there a reason you're using it? You could make a bedrockium drum to hold it all I guess.

    weird

The easiest way (I know of) to destroy a hungry node is to approach it slowly, and build a 'wall' between you and the node a few blocks away, just as you feel it's pull. The point will be to place obisdian between you and the node. Place the obsidian block 'on' the node side closest to you. Once...

    Direwolf20 1.7.10 released

FTB places a generic set of config files for all sorts of 'popular' mods into the config directory, so that if someone wants to add a mod on their own to a pack, it's as simple as dropping the mod file into the mod's directory, and not having to worry about the new mod's configs working with the...

Or the AV may scan every file every time it is accessed. So every chunk file gets scanned before you open it... depending on the AV software and the settings.

    Direwolf20 1.7.10 released

Anyone tried 1.0.2 yet? Wondering if the Tinker's Weapons mod has made it into the new version. Specifically the tinkers weapons DW has been showing off in his last few episodes in the Forgecraft server series.

    Lag problem with Direwolf20's pack

Also, from the thread Scottulus linked, turning off Aroma Backup might help things as well. And definitely Fastcraft.

    Unidentified Developer

I think if you Hold down Control key, then either left or right click on the FTB icon, and choose "Open" from the menu, that will change the settings for FTB, and it will be able to open normally from then on. Try that.

What mods do you feel have been ignored?

I like what Millenaire could be. Different villages of different civ types. Gives you quests, etc. Seems like it could be great with a fair amount of coordinated work on it. Haven't played it since 1.4.6 or 1.5 tho.

    Direwolf20 1.7.10 released

Sorry for not saying it in the first reply. You want to use MCEdit. Just make sure to make a backup / copy of your existing world so you can play around in MCEdit and not worry about destroying your world irrevocably...
