Thaumcraft centrifuge + crystallizer. You can break down anything that has aspects on it. Then use that to power your creations. Use MFR Disenchanter to pull enchantments off mob loot as well.

Check out DW20s new forgecraft2 episode today (s5e12). They explore the new eldritch dimension (no idea if that's the real name, but its where the areas with mages and knights takes you.). Then they use the loot from the boss to make a new multi-block furnace thing that runs on cv/t.

EnderIO did add markers for the ender quarry, they are made in the QED. Don't recall the exact name, but should be able to find them in NEI.

AE precision export bus? (Plus a level emitter on the chest most likely) I was going to say Translocators, but I'm not sure its in dw20 1.7. And Translocators might not work with metadata how you want.

It's a possibility, just go into mcedit and try deleting the block that is causing the problem (I know it's not a block but just delete everything in that 1x1x1 cube). And, as always, Make A Backup before you start.

The warding focus goes on a wand, then you 'use' the wand on any non-tile entity block. Like it probably won't work on a thermal expansion machine, but works on torches, stone, wood, probably chisel blocks, etc.

dw20 just made an arrow shooting game toward the end on his last Forgecraft 1 server series (he's currently on episode 5 or so of a forgecraft 2 series), which listed out nearby players. Might look to see if he posted that code somewhere.

Playing DireWolf20 packs lets you play along with him, to learn how things work. Alternatively, go back to his 1.6.4 pack, and watch/play along with his last season LetsPlay so you don't have to wait for new episodes. There are some differences between 1.6.4 and the current 1.7.10, but none...
