Well, I don't really care about explosions or the other. All I know is that I have the cheat sheet for Big Reactors which allows for easy combinations. :D

Which wand foci are you using?:eek:

I tend to use either Greatwood logs (really common once you grab one sapling) or Nether Wart (really common once you start growing it). I don't believe there's an item that has only praecantio so this would be the best way. You can also clean your crucible afterwards with shift click wand or...

If you're running out of aspects, you can use the Deconstruction table to get more primals. You can also set up crystal clusters which slowly give you Thaumcraft aspects. I believe there is a way to reset your aspect research as well in case you run out of them involving deleting some player...

You can always change the mob's behavior in the configs or disable the mod entirely. Tbh, I disabled it a while back mainly because the mobs were just too annoying. :P

The highest tier compressed cobblestone if you're on a budget. Otherwise, warded stone. That's debatable. What with mods, you can attack it outright. It takes about ten swings for me to kill the wither.
