only way i know how to reget is to use the /hqm edit command to get the cheat hqm book and uncomplete the quest to get the storage drive that you lost

if you install it to the tolkiencraftII folder it will create a template folder which will then make it so when you start a new world it will be the correct world if you install it in the save folder and you want to create a new world you will have errors

No its good to post bugs here so that GreatOrator can know there in the pack try to find a way to fix it within the pack to his means but once he know about it then further posts here without further information is invalid if you want to Bump and issue that a pack developer is waiting on a fix...

You want to build 1000 blocks from starting city in overworld and 1000 blocks from spawn in middle earth as GreatOrator has plans for a city in Middle Earth

after 1000 blocks should be safe, unless something changed now that maps are manual download but alot of the "stuff" your finding is random dungeons from other mods such as roguelike dungeons or thaumcraft

one thing is that with the new map download doesnt that pretty much negate the need for lockdown?
