    Yes, correctly setuped GT will start generat AE2 veins in World, and quartz veins in Hell. AE2 asteroids may turn on/off in AE2 config.

    As I know, there is no charged certus quartz ores, but simple certus quartz will be generates in GT-ore veins. TiC ore will also generates in ore veins.

    If GT correctly setuped and it supports that mods, then no new ores from mods, but GT will start generate own oredicted ores for that mods. If GT does not support mods, then ores will generates. But only in new chunks.
