Can confirm for flans at least. When I load certain content packs (to install all of the content packs you unzip the zip file and put the unzipped file in a folder called Flan) it gives that exact same error.

I think it's easy to get a modpack with reika's mods it's just you can't minetweak reicpes which could unbalance the modpack
