Some other mod is messing with either furnace recipes or iron ingots. There is no reason for the game to crash in that code.

You're using the wrong version of Thermal Expansion. If you have TE 3.0.0.2, use Technomancy 0.4.2, not 0.4.2a.

If FTB remains its stance on TE being the main power source, then you can expect a version of Technomancy by that time. I plan on updating Technomancy as soon as TE updates for 1.7.
