I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but GregTech would really solve all your problems. Just ditch anything that provides a cheaty escape route around GregTech, and focus on building a massive castle/factory thing out of metals and gems.

I can edit the GregTech navbox nowadays without it crashing, although the translation extension pukes and refuses to let me mark it for translation anymore, and after I click save page it just takes me to a blank white page, but it works and the wiki doesn't crash.

@SatanicSanta I don't know why you recommend FSP. It doesn't really add anything GT doesn't have besides the exosuit. I'd personally recommend getting Forestry and Railcraft with GregTech, but minetweak a few things, such as the rolling machine and RC blast furnace so you don't sidestep the GT...

My main gripe with the new style is that they all feel like fabric. Especially when I tried making some stone types that had banded color, the entire cave turned into a big woolen room.

Adding a hidden meta field to each entry with stuff like category and whatnot would be possible. Of course @SatanicSanta would have to write them up, but the code part for that is trivial.
