Ya ment that even if the server didn't have fastcraft you could still add it to your client side mods and not have an issue. Its not required to have server side (but does help though) :P.

Dont quote me as I can't check right now but Blood and Bones had Finite water as well and that pack doesnt have enviromine. If Im not mistaken theres a config option in either Random Things, Open Blocks, or the Chickenbones configs to set finite water.
