    You might also try raising the spawner up by 1 block. The way it spawns mobs is a bit different depending on what type of mob is being spawned.

    1.0.3: Blood Magic Altar + EnderIO Pressurized fluid conduits dont properly work together

    A two-way pipe would require that the Alter can auto output fluids. As far as I know, it can not, and requires that the pipe pulls the fluid out(extract mode). As for placing the fluids back in, that works because the alter can accept fluids. So two-way pipes will only act as an input pipe.

    Terrain smasher auto outputs into an adjacent inventory. For some reason, this prevents the conduit from connecting. They do not work with BC pipes either. The Terrain smasher only seems to work with the Extra utilities transfer node/pipe or possibly with the mfr plastic tube.

    Jabba Barrels are bottomless

    Looks like an interaction bug between the Jabba barrel and the hopper below it. That's a Pneumaticraft Omnidirectional hopper below it, right? if so, might be tied to that hopper. You could see if it still does the same when using a vanilla hopper, or if the item conduit is hooked up directly.
