Request for info What modpack and version are you running? Have you made any changes to the default pack?

You have duplicate mods in your mods folder and from the looks of it it looks like you have quite a few of them probably from upgrading versions without deleting the mods folder first that is an entirely different problem

Due to some unforeseen problems the current plan is to refresh the map on January 17th. You will keep your inventory that is all so before then pack it up. Or you could be like me and start fresh with nothing. I will provide a map download after for those who wish to continue on in single player.
