You can increase the temp tolreramce with acclimatiser (XBee machine). Feed it with something hot and you can change your bee temp tolerance up to : up_5. the thing is a pretty early stuff so there's shouldn't be any problem having it (well ofc you need XBee installed)

Yes I always get 100% mutation (even with valuable bee) with 4 mutator block + 4 uranium chunk; IIRC 1 uranium chunk is 25x so it should be at least 25+25+25+25.

There's no advantage of lossless transportation man, you can always transport the fuel/biofuel with liquid tesseract to destination and then make a remote power system (with combustion engines) at the destination.
