Hold F3 + C for about 10 seconds. When you release the keys, minecraft will crash and you'll get a crash-report.

I suggest trying it without optifine.

Do you happen to have any Deep Storage Units connected?

Go to the %appdata% folder and check the "\roaming\ftblauncher" folder in there. Chances are you will find the archive (Direwolf20.zip) containing the mods. Unpack it and run the launcher again. You should now have all the mods again.
