I'm trying out mystcraft right now to get some crystal but I heard that it cause lag so I'm wondering does the chunk in age stay loaded if there is no chunk loader around after you leave and if the book to that age get destroy does the age still stay until the owner decide to refresh the age.

it seem like all the protection on server is gone and stuff like sethome is gone too. also some people lost the item in there chest when protection for chest was disable.
