Server's back up and i have made some amends to grief protection - Portals can now be made outside of claims - wither boss can also be made outside of claims - creepers blow holes outside of claims - tnt can be picked up outside of claims (for dessert temples) - a few other changes

ok after much hassle the server is back up but rolled back a day as i had backup problems

server should be up in an hour or 2 but as im doing this on mobile im not sure if it will work

went out drinking will finish it up now
