You would till need a way to disarm them and I would preferably keep them disarmed wich you can do with mffs. But the advanced safe is a good idea.

So first, build in or near your base a self sustaining forcefieldbox where you have an item tessaract connectet with a pipe to an enderchest whit a diamond on it. This way the admin can't get his stuff back unless you give it back. Next find find some space near his bed wich he doesn't use...

How are you maiking the gold ingots? If it's a craftpackager then make sure to filter the input as gold nuggets so swords won't get stuck there.

I think the filter or transposer in this picture is rotaded wrong. I think it should face the opposite way.
