Is there any way to "turn off" a logistics pipes? i mean in the same way that a energy cell will turn off if you apply a redstone signal.

provider pipes dont insert but would buildcraft pipes be able to both input and output from the top of a barrel?

Quick question: can provider pipes (from logistics pipes) be connected to the back of a barrel? will they then provide supplier pipes with requested items? or does it have to be on the top? the bottom?

use arcane levitators from thaumcraft each one pushes you up 10 blocks, and you can set them up so that you push a button and they turn on for a few seconds, then turn off (using a NOT gate, state cell and some wire) then get the long fall boots to jump down

if u install logistics pipes manually then it would be relatively easy, as it comes with automatic sorting pipes as well as item request pipes
