    I'm just going to put this out there, but managing a public modded server is a huge pain in the behind, even small ones, and it isn't all it's cracked up to be. It's better to just make it private. It'll be more fun for both you and the players.

    Then it could be. You could try reinstalling Windows and see if that fixes it.

    I don't think it's possible to get the same world gen without using the same terrain gen option. At least, not without an insane amount of luck.

    What's your disk usage like when the TPS drops(also include whether it's a HDD or SSD)? Also, what's your CPU temperature? It could be CPU throttling(though I highly doubt it.)

    You have a liquid supply pipe connected to a tank of jet fuel right? Also, what tank are you using?

    Hmm, I suppose that rules out network issues. Do you have any Java arguments set client side? And could you possibly try connecting to the server from a laptop or other desktop and see if the lag persists?

    Yes. Using one of these. http://ftbwiki.org/Fluid_Crafting_Upgrade Bit more complicated then a cyclic assembler, but a bit more fun I'd imagine.

    You would just need their seed. I don't remember if they gave out their seed.
