    early/mid/late game?

You're a bit between mid and late game, in my perception. But the definition of the game 'parts' is what you give it yourself. There is no REAL standard definition for them, as far as I know. Also, if you have RF you also have MJ for your quarry. TE conduits convert RF to MJ, so just hook up...

Agrarian Skies - The Pastoral Life [Bug?]

You bumped an old thread, the info in here is outdated. I believe chicken eggs are crafted with Bloodmagic these days, no more crafting it with 9 arrows.

Dump everything in an ME network into chests?

I would look into the LP pipes too. As Platinawolf said those pipes can 'interface' (heh) with an AE interface. I use that to remote order stuff from my AE network to an ender chest. I have a linked pouch with me so I can grab stuff from my AE network from wherever I am. I figure this should...

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

Yup. Craft a saw. Place that saw on a crafting grid with a block below it, you'll get a slab of that block. Repeat the process with the slab to make it thinner etc. Or place the slab next to the saw to get a smaller piece but not thinner etc.

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

Why not? NEI doen't show crafting recipes but they are all made with a saw. You just wack a block in half, wak that half in half etc until you end up with a nook. Not sure about the mob pathing though, i'm curious if it works myself :)

Unsupported Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest Bug Reporting

I totally forgot you needed to cook slag first to get the "light gray rockwool". Thanks, not a bug just a user error :p

Unsupported Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest Bug Reporting

Version 3.0.1: For the Thermal Expansion quest in bragging rights you need one white rockwool, but it's uncraftable. Also, did the dirt collection quest change from 100 to 1000 pieces of quadruple compressed dirt? That's 6,5 million dirt! I like to believe that is a bug.

Agrarian Skys help, venting, and discussion thread

Composting is still your best bet, I guess. For dirt I use 2 small jungle MFR tree farms. The first farm you setup like normal and use the overflow of saplings for the second tree farm. Second farm you set to shear the leaves. Now use the Vines, excess saplings (you still have extra) and leaves...

Applied Energistics: Move multiple stacks into system?

The timeout for the double click seems to be extremely tight. When you shift + double click like crazy it works, when you do it casually it fails.

I need some help with power regulating in Direwolf 20 beta

Most likely this is caused by conduits filling and or using their internal buffer, it's not a "bug". Each conduit block does seem to have an internal buffer of 10k RF. So when you place 256 (4 stacks) conduits and connect an energy cell to it.. the conduits should "consume" about 2,5 million RF...

    Applied Energistics Priorities Question

Yes yes, there is a block for that it's called "ME IO port". You can insert a drive into it and it will empty the drive to your ME system.

[FTB Monster] What are all the ways of spawning mobs without a player nearby?

The bolded part is - to my knowledge and testing - not really true. While they do spawn mobs when nobody is around, Minecraft mechanics will just despawn the mobs again because no player is in range (unless the whole dimension is empty, no players at all). Thus wasting mob essence. Or is there a...

[FTB Monster] What are all the ways of spawning mobs without a player nearby?

Exactly, just use an autonomous activator and a sewer to pickup the XP orbs to convert them to essence. No need to use bottlers and bottles 'o enchanting.

ME Network or Massive Storage Room?

Use AE with a storage room! Deep storage units go in the storage room. Connect them to your AE network with storage busses and you're set. Personally, I make a DSU for every item that comes into my system automatically. For the random loot you pickup etc, a drive full of 4k cells is enough.

AE's ME Controller constantly disconnecting from the rest of the system.

The words often and constantly do not mean much in this. What you need to investigate is... When does it happen? Does it happen at a server reboot? Happens when you leave the area and come back? When you order something to be crafted? Warped to another dimension and came back? Etc.. Make it easy...

    Cyclic Assembler Problems... [Solved]

It's a problem with NEI, or at least NEI is involved ;) What you do is you open your inventory and press "O". This will turn off the NEI screen, now open the assembler and put in your pattern. When it's done, enable NEI again by pressing "O".

    [MPS] Funny power source

Sounds like fun :) Try if it works better in the Nether. Could be that one meter movement counts as 8 there.

    MFR harvester constant energy drain

Is this something new? I've played a lot with MFR stuff and from my experience they will not use any power when Idle. The harvester will use 240 RF/t (24MJ/t) when in harvest mode, but once it's idle it stops using power at all. You can use the multimeter from TE3 to check it. The only...

    ME - What Storage Amount? (1k - 64k)

16K is fine for most ME Networks. Just make sure you put the items where you have large amounts of in Deep Storage Units (like cobble and dirt etc). They have neraly infinite capacity but can only hold one item type per DSU. Just as with chests you can hook up a storage bus to make it part of...

Applied Energistics Interface not smelting correctly

For IC2 stuff you also have the ejector upgrade which you can configure to eject the items back to the interface. Best automation option for furnaces if you ask me :) I always have the interface on the top or bottom of the furnace. Not sure if putting it on any side would work, that might be...
