Are you sure the enderio conduit will transfer MJ? I've only ever used them to transfer RF.

Maybe that lever is preventing it from working? Is that power converter making MJ or RF? If it's RF you need to use a Redstone Conduit to auto-convert it to MJ, I don't think the EnderIO stuff does that conversion.

aroma1997 made multiple mods I guess. The one that is in AS is just the backup mod. You don't really interact with it, it creates backups of your world in case something goes wrong. Warpbook is a mod that lets you warp around, like the linking books in mystcraft. Maybe you could look at that?

In his defense.. Your post was kinda confusing. The first part (word) gives the answer. No, it doesn't add worlgen so you won't have to start over. The next part is a question if it's worth it to restart, for that one mod. So yeah, It made me confused too!

I'd look further for stuffed itemducts. Every encounter i've seen with a crazy TE handler it has been the itemducts. Even a simple construction like an AE export bus to a chest, chest feeding 5 pulverizers with itemducts can cause massive lag if given enough time to build up stuffed connections...

Keep in mind, some tree's just grow instantly with bonemeal. Are you sure you tested this with vanilla oak trees not some forestry altered apple oak sapling or anything?

Squid should convert to a ghast when it comes into contact with witchwater. Did you have flowing witchwater anywhere on your platform? That's all I could think of!

Did you make sure there is a water source blok on top of that piece of dirt? Because that should work, though the chances of a lilypad spawning is small, you might have to try it a few times.
