googled it its a dual core also you are using a notebook i guess and your gfx card is an integrated chip still specc wise it should run minecraft... did you try to run any other 1.7.10 pack? like dw20

you need Java 64bit otherwise you can't play minecraft 1.7.10 also java 8 r25 is a great performance boost when playing modded minecraft compared to java 7
