Yes, the default augments are configurable. Line 340 in /config/cofh/thermalexpansion/common.cfg. You can probably still craft them with those disabled so the recipes need to be minetweaked as augments themselves aren't configurable.

That's from Thaumic Energistics and it just makes it possible to store essentia in ME systems. It does have automatable arcane crafting but that's the only thing it actually makes possible to do which isn't possible without the mod.

The automatic filling doesn't work with recipes that have items that don't stack if you're wondering why it doesn't work sometimes.

There's also alt+Q to drop a full stack instead of just one item from it from InvTweaks. You don't have to grab and move it. And NEI has shift+Q to drop all items of the same type. It works inside any containers, too, as in they will drop on the ground.

If you just looked through the recipes for invar ingot you would have found regular furnace recipe and powered furnace recipe to smelt invar blend and so you would check how to make that invar blend and then check how you make pulverized iron or ferrous and you get that you need a pulverizer.

It works exactly for recipes like that. Bottles, buckets and any other containers of liquids that are registered in fluid registry can be configured for a recipe in the Cyclic Assembler and it will use that liquid from the internal tank without needing it in that container.
