Are inert silver wand caps craftable? The quest book says it's the same as copper caps, but the recipe doesn't work. NEI doesn't show a recipe either.

You can still select whatever version you want in Twitch launcher. Instead of "install", click on the modpack and go to the versions tab.

While launching the pack, you still need to be online. After you click the "play" button, and that window disappears, turn off the internet connection. I made a desktop shortcut to the ethernet status window, just because of BnB. This was discussed here.

I got it off twitch as well. If you mean the pack isn't starting, it's because old mods try to connect to sites that no longer exist. You can disable your internet connection after launching the pack, and enable it after 30 seconds or so.

Are you sure you placed both the portal blocks and eyes of ender correctly (standing inside the portal), or are they actually disabled?

Why do you have to download it? Can't you simply install the modpack normally? I don't see it anywhere in my BnB folder.

Make sure you "know how" for this particular pack. In Regrowth for example, you just need one mature parent plant, and a double cropstick next to it to breed or improve stats. In Agrarian Skies, you need two (or four?) mature parent plants, and a double cropstick between them. It's been too...

Find some cinderpearl seeds, agricraft them to 10/10/10, and plant a big field of them with MFR harvester gathering it. It's been a while and I can't remember what was profitable about it, so Step 3: ???, Step 4: Profit.
