    I do very close to the same, although I also have a remote comparator setup to turn the system off completely if the mana pool they send their mana to gets full.

    You didn't open to LAN by chance? When you do, it'll stop pausing the game when you are in the menu.

    If I could get my fish feeders to work properly I probably would, but I haven't tried it recently so maybe the recent patch fixed it.

    Thanks for that, I forgot was the max range was :) even still you need to be within 24 for the mobs to move around which most mob farms rely on anyways. And I agree with you, you can most of the drops with the seeds. I don't even have a mob farm in my world and I've only missed a few items...

    or once you get earth essence seeds, you can "grow" as much as you want LOL :)

    That's an interesting mechanic, but I'm not sure how much of an issue it is since there is a ton of easy to get dirt underground :)

    You want to be around 20 to 24 blocks from the spawning platforms in order to still get spawns and allow them to walk around so they can fall down as necessary. Anything more than that and they may spawn but won't move around and depending on how far, may not even spawn.

    I believe its the diving helmet that will help with underwater sight and not the suit, but the ring of chordata is definitely a good thing to have no matter what!

    Is the button not there or not letting you claim? Do you use a texture pack? Do you have space in your inventory for the rewards?

    There's actually a witchery quest that you have to do to unlock the thaumcraft quests, however the quest is to make an item that is required for the greatwood infusion so... :)

    Killing an Ent is the only way I know of. And they spawn randomly/occasionally when you chop down a witchery tree. edit: It is also a random drop so it may take more than 1 ent, but they aren't super uncommon so shouldn't take too many. Most of the times I kill an ent I get one.

    out of the pipe is only a direction if there is no where else to go which since that would be the end of the pipe it would happen :)
