    Multiple products in AE

Keep in mind the production rates with centrifuging things. Not everything is guaranteed, so you may want to utilize level emitters to automatically centrifuge things for you when chance-based items are below your preferred threshold. You can see the percentage chance of an item being produced...

    Challenge Denied :(

In an earlier DW20 ForgeCraft series, Soaryn built I believe about 512 igneous extruders to feed the scrap demand for UUM. I do ponder a new challenge though. How fast could one fill up a max steel RC tank with liquid UU...? Have to wait for 1.6 pack release to explore. :)

    Challenge Denied :(

While it is back to the RP2 days, I am sure there are sufficient tools available to accomplish a very similar approach without much divergence today. And quite possibly a system much more compact! So, Project World Eater...

    Challenge Denied :(

Easier to just let AE do it and it's a one and done that way. Only touching you do is when the next tier of cobble is ready and once you have done the max compression, forget you were even doing it. :P

    Challenge Denied :(

Also recommend the Iron Spikes from Extra Utilities. Mobs killed on it will still drop rare drops. Does a fair bit of damage and with some creative planning, could probably come up with a pretty darn efficient grinder. Might even be worthwhile to use wooden golems to pickup drops to place...

    Most ridiculous power supply

A classic I have seen previously, a Zombie Juicer. Will require Unhinged but get zombie production of some sort (i.e. soul shards, etc.) and some cheap method for killing them quickly. Break down the rotten flesh for methane, pump into whatever power generator you like be it liquid 36HP or...

    Challenge Denied :(

Bah...unimaginative igneous extruder methods and quarry quandries! MFFSv3 combined with a self-contained AE system AND transition planes for block breakers. A couple platforms of those in a mystcraft age would do wonders! :o Or, get yourself some manner of mob farm setup with high mob gen...

Trying to integrate TC Smeltery into AE Autocrafting

There is not that many tool-viable liquid metals. Nor would you use most. Could also work it via ingots/nuggets. Of course, another option is tapping smelteries to hold a given liquid metal, pulling on call. Yay sleep.

Trying to integrate TC Smeltery into AE Autocrafting

Easy fix for that is setup your AE system to a different smeltery for each TiC metal, alloy or not. AE will separately create the liquid via export to smeltery, then the liquids transfer off to be packaged. Hmm...could also use BC tanks and piping to keep those requests moving. Liquid...

Trying to integrate TC Smeltery into AE Autocrafting

Use level emitters to track buckets of a given liquid metal in your AE system. On demand, buckets go to a liquid transposer to tank that gets a redstone clock over a casting table and cast of need. Would need one casting table/cast for each part you want access to, but it could be worked out...

    What the Sludge?

Mekanism from the Universal Electricity set (Ampz pack with FTB). It isn't in default Unleashed/Unhinged but is a lovely addition.

    FTB Mod Updates to 1.7.2!

Could use a percentage of Unleashed/Unhinged mod update level. Easy enough function to auto-calc. I suggest using 1 point for public dev release and 2 points for full in that method to help clarify things. :) No points for no public version. Seems silly to track such things beyond "yes...

Anyone using 9 or close to 9 different inputs into MFR Bioreactor ?

There is also the option of isolating it to your liking via enderchest. Fill the enderchest with anything that cooks and use a translocator to endlessly drop things into the bioreactor. Bonus is this also automatically corrects itself if you run out of something from time to time. :)

I think I found a few chunks Gluttony swallowed...

Still looks exactly like the failed chunk load errors. If you see mobs having a weird drift and jump movement in it, it's not a real hole. Best test, just go into creative and walk in. If it has funny behavior, chunk funk. You just fall, then chunk went plunk.

I think I found a few chunks Gluttony swallowed...

It happens at the edges of your chunk loading range from time to time. Server or single doesn't matter much really. All solutions I've ever heard go back to log out and back in. Servers have the hiccup of other players or chunk loaders, but no reason it shouldn't work the same otherwise...

    Minecraft 1.7

Hydra, you remind me of how mechanics of the old school once (and some old bastards still do) felt about fuel injection. In the early days when it first arrived, it was less efficient compared to carburetors. It is common knowledge nowadays that it's far beyond the old stereotype. :P...

    Minecraft 1.7

It might be they fully intend to keep iterating until they're ready for MC 2.0 as the Mod API reveal. Considering they're in regular contact with the Forge devs (to my knowledge), along with a lot of other MC modders, it isn't being given some vague patch-plop like less friendly companies do...

The Woodworker is a great addition.

Try getting a bundle of different woods, a woodworker, and a gravity gun. Make at least 10 pieces each of a bunch of random combinations. Use the gravity gun to fling them randomly at whatever floor, wall, or ceiling you're looking to spice up. :) Either a design will start to appear to...

Will there be further updates for the Unleashed pack?

Mindcrack isn't run by FTB, only hosted. It changes when the Mindcrackers decide to change it. Far as I know though, Unleashed is continuing. Ultimate is dead. However, for all we know, they could flip it back around once things stablize again.

Start 1.5, or wait for 1.6?

Personally, I'm tinkering around in 1.5 and waiting for 1.6 to arrive with FTB. However, upon arrival of 1.7, I will very possibly lock down and really get to work barring something substantial that is as yet unannounced. Starting to feel like Mojang is working really hard to have Mod API for...
