It's because you have commands disabled in your world. I think with the program NBT Edit (if that's still around) you can change that. But don't quote me on that, I'm not at home atm, so I can check :b

I don't think it's forge. Seeing as all the other mobs despawn, only squid can, and so will spawn. It's just a minecraft problem I guess, but since you won't ever be over y=190 in vanilla, you won't notice it as much there...

I get around 120 FPS in Infinity (High settings). I haven't overclocked the cpu, I'm just too bad with computers to try any stuff like that haha
