If this is a new world, I'd suggest halving the ore spawn of osmium. It is too abundant in my mind. It is probably just as or more abundant than iron. Plus Mekanism late game has ore quintupling that would make it more abundant than cobble.
Only as a matter of poor design as it is now. Buildcraft pipes would drop items that had too many items in a single pipe. Buildcraft quarries would rain items if they didnt have anywhere to put them. So it could be turned into a method of reward rather than punishment.
The effects of DRM are something to consider in a cost to benefit analysis. One has to always look at the result of using it to legitimize using it at all. DRM is essentially security, and security always has a trade off with accessibility. Lots of things can work in theory but fail in practice...
How about mod makers creating tutorial worlds for people to look at working models in game. Also have do's and don'ts present for help in troubleshooting common issues. Would be nice to have these examples as pocket dimensions for players to visit at any time in game. These worlds could show the...
The functional application of DRM seems to only hurt legit players anymore. Real pirates get around it all the time. I miss CD keys just being the norm.
While not what you originally envisioned, the mod could be called RiseAgainMod (RAM). Sounds more awesome and is a play off your name.
I'd like a block made from mob drops that can spawn drops from said mobs (by dropping them into the world). Should be expensive for ones that dont take forever...
Not traditional, but you can make MFR mob spawners and grind pecks. They drop stupid amounts of beans. Also they drop armor so you can repair it and melt it down back into ingots for easy iron/gold.
While there are plenty of negative comments I could make, there is one positive thing in particular I could mention. It comes with a short story.
My account was hacked early last month. I knew it was being used because my skin was changed (I have a personal offline server in case the mc auth...
A dirt chest, a sonic helmet, some fancy slime blocks, 4 cobblestone covers, a fish, a live sheep, and twelve enderpearls. That's what hipsters are doing. Until someone on the forums does it, then its too mainstream.
Sure, but its an honest response to someone who sees a gap in the current mod offerings. Coming up with a good enough idea might even draw some people with superior coding skills.
I'm doing this exact same thing so I can give some insight into how I get it done. I have one cyclic assembler making cakes for 16 culunary generators. Even at full speed, the CA doesnt quite keep up with the culinary generators fuel requirements. I may add an additional one or two.
Milk: I am...
I dont think there are mechanics to handle something like that for redstone. If there were I would be very interested in finding out how that works. Although do feel free to SCIENCE!
Are you talking about railcraft tanks? Steel or iron? What version of your pack (or mods if its custom) are you using. Are there any kinds of light producing blocks like factorization wrath lamps or TC4 lamps?
Oh no I dont question the balance at all, that is what you seem to be pointing out with your comment. However Reika is known to be a stickler to realism at least with the mods he makes. Just bustin' his chops. Also the stuff you mentioned aside from manywhatever alloy were both metals from the...
Yes time it operates and the rate at which it outputs are directly correlated to its saturation and food value. Cake being actually several pieces of food it is sortve like a high density food. Havent found anything more powerful yet, but its been interesting to automate the production of it...
