    Use the screwdriver on the detector unitil it is in the mode that includes batteries. I added that mode later, so it is still missing on the wiki.

    When you are 100% sure that the transformer was setup right, then it must be an IC2 issue. There are by now quite a few blocks that do not implepent IC2s own API correctly.

    Well basicly: Every tick a pollution creating machine runs, it will add pollution to the chunk it is in. That machines are all that burn something inside them: Boilers, Diesel Gens, Boilers, Furnaces, Multiblocks with mufflers ect. Coal burners will be quite bad, diesel and then gas less bad...

    The remaining amount of oil is stored directly in every chunk and saved/loaded on chunk save/load. So in an 6x6 chunk area you have 36 sperate chunks with the same amount of oil to drain.     The "Needs Maintainance cover" also works for damaged turbines. So just set it up to correctly inform you.

    The single block plasmagens has a max efficiency of 70%. The large multiblock plasmagens can in theory reach 150%, but realistic is something about 120%.     You can make coal dust with an hammer. Mine the ore with hammer to get crushed coal ore, craft it again with hammer to get impure dust and then wash it. Usually i play with the config that the implosion compressor is needed for industrial diamonds, so i get my fist two diamonds by strip mining...

    Only machines that can store energy need rain protection. So for example a multiblock only needs it's energy hatch protected. Cables also only transfer power with no storage, so they can go trough rain.

    The IC2 way of healing radiation is the terrawart crop. Also, the chance to get hit by radiation arrow is somewhat around 1:1000 since most GT Arrows have no effect, just more or sometimes even less damage.

    That is allready decided at worldgen. The later change is just server/client sync to reduce network and processing work. In case every side of a block is hidden, the client does not know about it. When you remove all stone from the world per /cofh clearblocks, your pc will start lagging a lot.

    That recipe got added to GT only a short time ago in the 5.09 branch. So it will come with InfiTech 3.2. Until then, the only sources for nitrogen is enderpearl dust (if i remember right).

    The crash report mentions the [OpenAL64.dll]. That is part of the sound driver. http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/archive/legacy-support/1824401-openal32-openal64-or-no-sounds-fix This bug is a bit different, but you can try it anyways. Otherwise try to update/reinstall your sound drivers.

    GT5.08.33 contains mainly bugfixes and the forestry compat update. For the bugfixes i would have too look into github. The ones i remember are the neutronium fusion fix, a memory overflow fix and a few small fixes for broken recipes.

    I did that because MV+ tiers of mass fabs were fully useless. The mass fabs were never intended to work in processing array.

    You need an Machine controller Cover. That in combination with an shutter cover on the same cable block can work as an energy switch. IC2 and GT both add teleporters. These use more energy the more distance they teleport. For interdimensional, the GT teleporter needs the dragonegg or in GT5.09...
