If you use Minecraft 1.7.10, Forgeessentials has a module that logs player actions and allows rollbacks. If you use Minecraft 1.10 you need Sponge and a plugin for it.

Edit the settings.bat, there is a setting for max ram.

Tell your antivirus program to ignore your FTB folder, it's performing a scan and Minecraft can't access the file being scanned.

There were some issues with sponge not loading with AE2, not sure if it's still the case.
