you wont get help on tekkit here, especially cracked tekkit. my advice, go buy the game, and then look for the Technic/Tekkit forums

Birch forest, jungle, autumn forest, wasteland and desert seems like a good place to me, have access to normal, humid and arid for bees

i think that oak spruce and birch have the same ratio but as spruce appears to have more leaves per tree i would go with those if saplings are all you are after. One question, what exactly do you need a bunch of saplings for anyway?

You're going to have a rough time... might i suggest a fire wand and some boots of the traveller? or quantum armor, whichever...
