Just curious has anybody else been getting the initial high spike of CPU load on the latest recommended version? Mine seems to spike around 80 to 95% till the start up is complete which it never has done before. Once started it resumes back to its usual 10%

You should be able to edit the configs directly via the creeperpanel it would be advisable to do it this way if your unsure of how to do it via FTP or shell.

I agree...FTB started it with good intentions and the right idea but it has been lost along the way. Now it seems to be more focusing on the Modders, Streamers and Youtubers such as Direwolf20 and the like. I probably be insulted and burnt at the stake for stating my opinion and that's all it is...

Looks like ATLauncher and the mob over there seem to be overtaking FTB in leaps and bounds since there able to come out with all the packs that people are after. I wish FTB all the luck for the future :)

You could always go back to the successful launcher like FTB ......oh thats right no 1.6 mod packs yet....I had no issue downloading the Thaumic Tinkere download this morning... I guess you find it extremely tiresome to click that download button :)
